I can provide a standard service to help you. It’s called my general PC overhaul. It’s perfect for giving your PC a general look over and a spruce up.

General PC Overhaul

If your PC is running slow or programs are not working properly, then this is the option to choose. I will log in remotely (you need cable or broadband access for this) using a secure connection. It does not matter why in the World you are, I can help as long as you have cable or broadband access. In the general PC overhaul, I will:
  • Check and remove any unwanted/spyware software.
  • Check and optimise your start up routine to speed up the boot time.
  • Check and update your anti-virus software with the latest updates and latest version.
  • Optimise your registry by removing surplus and erroneous entries.
  • Back up your data to a spare disk area.
  • Remove any broken menu links or desktop icons.
  • Update your operating system to the latest secure version (including the latest patches).
  • Back up your offline email.
  • Check your wireless security and improve (if necessary).
  • Check all system drivers and install missing ones.
  • Set up a long-term back up process for you. Absolutely vital to avoid the loss of documents, music and irreplacible photographs.

It is totally secure as I use a remote desktop feature which means I can log in and see the desktop and control the keyboard and mouse of your PC exactly as I would if I were sitting in front of it. The connection is secure and the system uses a username and password system to authenticate the connection. Everything I do will be visible to you on the screen. Your PC and data is totally safe.

Once you payment is complete and processed, I will:

  1. Contact you to arrange a time and date to undertake your general PC overhaul.
  2. Email confirmation of the time and date.
  3. Call you (via Skype or normal phone) at the allocated time and date to undertake the overhaul. I will need your PC to be on and connected to the internet for this telephone call. It is up to you whether you stay on the telephone for the entire overhaul. You are more than welcome to watch what I do as you will be able to see it on your PC screen.
